“Jackie” – digital receptionist

From 13th May 2026 We are also introducing Jackie, a digital receptionist, to support our Patient Services team and help reduce waiting times on the phone.

If you are unable to use our online services, Jackie will help you submit a request by asking you a series of questions, similar to those asked by our reception team. This will ensure your request is directed to the right person.
