As part of our commitment to improving patient care and easier access to our services we are introducing two new digital systems.
From May 2026, we will be using a system called Medlink to support Chronic Disease Management reviews. This system is already used by many GP practices across the UK.
If you are invited for an annual review, you will receive a message with a link to a personalised health questionnaire. This will ask you about your health and can be completed at a time that is convenient for you. Your responses will help the clinical team prepare for your review and ensure it is focused on your needs.
Further information can be found here
From 13th May 2026, we are also introducing Jackie, a digital receptionist, to support our Patient Services team and help reduce waiting times on the phone.
If you are unable to use our online services, Jackie will help you submit a request by asking you a series of questions, similar to those asked by our reception team. This will ensure your request is directed to the right person.
