Our Nursing Services Team provide a holistic service in supporting you with lower limb health. We run leg ulcer clinical appointments that are individualised to patient need. These appointments consist of assessment and treatment of lower limb wounds, ulceration and ongoing support with regards to future management (including a measuring service for compression hosiery where required).
We are strong advocates of empowerment and self-care but realise that that there are times when extra help and support is required. If you have concerns over your lower limb health or a wound on your leg(s) (especially if you have a long-term condition that may delay any wound healing) please do not hesitate to contact the Practice and arrange an appointment to discuss your concerns with one of our nursing team either face to face or by telephone if you prefer.
