Oxfordshire patients can now self refer for age related hearing loss assessment.
Accessing the service
Patient who wish to self refer can use the self referral form (see link below) and contact the provider of their choice using the details provided within the form.
Patients should self manage wax for a minimum of 2 weeks ahead of their hearing assessment. Link to wax management advice below.
