Access to the Building
- Step-free access to the practice building.
- Wheelchair-accessible entrances.
- Automatic doors at the main entrance.
- Designated accessible parking spaces located close to the entrance.
Facilities Within the Practice
- Accessible toilet facilities, including baby-changing provision.
- A hearing induction loop system available at reception for patients who use hearing aids.
- Clear signage throughout the building.
- Staff available to provide assistance with navigation around the premises if required.
Supporting Patients with Additional Needs
We are committed to identifying and meeting individual access needs wherever possible. Support available includes:
- Provision of information in alternative or accessible formats on request.
- Additional assistance for patients with visual, hearing, mobility, cognitive, or learning needs.
- Reasonable adjustments to appointments and consultations where appropriate.
- Dals – (Direct Access Language services) provide phone, video, face to face and BSL interpreters. If you require this service, please speak to our patient services team
- The opportunity to inform us of any specific access requirements when booking an appointment or on arrival.
